Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, business or marketing.
• 5–7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years B2B sales/marketing.
• Proven track record of expanding sales territories and achieving targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills for dealer meetings and proposals.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal teams and financial counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district and dealer strategies to maximize sales and market share.
• Collaborate with dealers to align customer needs with company departments.
• Achieve market share goals through proactive product sales and brand efforts.
