Job summary

Doosan Bobcat is seeking a Regional Business Manager for Material Handling, a remote role covering the southeastern U.S. You will grow market share by expanding dealer networks, defining district strategies, and guiding sales across the territory.

You will partner with dealers to identify growth opportunities, craft effective sales strategies, and drive business performance while collaborating with marketing and product teams. Travel ~75% required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience in B2B environments.
• Proven ability to expand sales territories and grow market share.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
• Excellent presentation and meeting-leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic dealer relationships.
• Able to communicate with internal teams, finance, and marketing to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual district strategy and dealer-specific plans to optimize sales and share.
• Collaborate with dealers to translate customer needs into actionable actions for the company.
• Drive market share through proactive product sales, branding, and dealer support.
• Respond promptly to orders and retail requests and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Lead quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings with core dealers and track performance.
• Deliver training and coaching to dealers to improve effectiveness and results.
