Job summary

Doosan Bobcat seeks a Regional Business Manager - Material Handling to expand market share, strengthen dealer partnerships, and drive customer success across the southeastern U.S. You will partner with dealers to identify growth opportunities, develop sales strategies, and deliver strong business results.

This strategic sales leadership role targets building dealer relationships, translating market insights into actionable plans, and achieving territory goals with a focus on material handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Marketing preferred. Equivalent experience is accepted.
• 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2 years business-to-business sales and marketing experience.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and consistently expanding sales territories.
• Strong focus on achieving set targets and objectives.
• Proven ability to proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and dealer teams.
• Travel required: approximately 75%.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Territory Management: Develop and execute annual district strategy and dealer strategies to optimize sales performance and market share.
• Collaborate with dealers to communicate customer needs to internal departments to align with market demands.
• Attain market share goals through proactive product sales efforts and branding.
• Respond promptly to orders and retail requests, ensuring customer satisfaction and dealer support.
• Identify innovative solutions to territory challenges and drive sustained growth.
• Advanced Dealer Communication: Drive dealer performance through quarterly Sales and Action Plan meetings.
• Analyze sales data and dealer plans to identify growth opportunities and advise on strategic adjustments.
• Training: Design and deliver dealer training programs and promotions; organize district sales training.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on communications and sales effectiveness.
• Collaborate with marketing/product teams to develop messaging and materials communicating value propositions.
