Job summary

OSL Retail Services is seeking a Region Field Trainer to deliver learning programs for US sales teams, focusing on onboarding, product training and development initiatives. You will partner with regional leaders to accelerate performance and establish scalable training across markets.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in sales/training within retail, strong presentation and Excel skills, and a proven ability to motivate and build relationships across all levels.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in a business-related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• 3+ years of experience in a sales or training role in the retail industry
• Strong ability to motivate, inspire and build relationships at all levels
• Self-motivated and keen to develop through learning
• Knowledge of learning platforms, product knowledge and training materials
• Understanding of selling processes and ability to measure impacts

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sales training through classroom, on-the-job training, train-the-trainer and e-learning
• Maintain sales growth metrics and KPI lifts in current program
• Assess business needs and tie learning to regional KPIs
• Onboard new employees and run product and operations training
• Build relationships with Regional Directors and team leads to drive in-market learning
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on growth strategies
• Lead training material upkeep and schedule creation
• Engage with managers to identify development opportunities
