Job summary

1915 South is seeking a Regional Training Manager to drive consistent execution of the Selling Process across an assigned region. You will blend in-store coaching with virtual sessions to strengthen selling behaviors and support business performance.

Reporting to the Director of Training, this role requires regular regional travel and a strong presence on the sales floor to align training with store execution.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
3–5+ years in retail sales leadership, multi-unit management, or sales training; frequent travel within the region required.

Responsibilities

Deliver company training initiatives across the assigned region.
Ensure consistent understanding and execution of the Selling Process.
Support onboarding and certification programs for RSAs and Leaders.
Facilitate structured in-store and virtual training sessions.
Reinforce promotional strategy, product knowledge, and selling behaviors.
Travel regularly within the region to observe and coach selling behaviors.
Lead live role-play sessions on greeting, finance presentation, and presenting options.
Conduct certification test-outs and provide structured feedback.
