Job summary

ODRA, a fast-growing North American equipment manufacturer, seeks a seasoned Product Trainer to lead customer, dealer, and internal training across North America. This field-based role requires travel and a knack for teaching and building lasting customer relationships.

You'll deliver hands-on training, develop materials, support new product launches, and act as a technical resource for customers, dealers, operators, and service teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in equipment training or related roles.
• Direct experience with road sweepers strongly preferred.
• Experience with heavy/municipal/construction equipment is an asset.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical systems and vehicle systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual training for customers, dealers, operators, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain training materials, presentations, videos, guides, and job aids.
• Travel to customer locations across the United States for training and product support.
• Conduct equipment walkarounds, demonstrations, and hands-on operator training.
• Partner with Sales, Service, Engineering, and Product teams to keep content current.
