Job summary

ODRA is seeking an experienced Product Trainer to lead customer, dealer, and internal training initiatives across North America. This field-based role is ideal for someone with road sweeper or heavy equipment experience who enjoys teaching others and building strong customer relationships.

The trainer will deliver hands-on equipment training, develop materials, support new product launches, and serve as a trusted technical resource for customers, dealers, operators, and service technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in equipment training, technical training, product support, fleet maintenance, or a related role.
• Direct experience with road sweepers strongly preferred.
• Experience with heavy equipment, municipal equipment, construction equipment, commercial trucks, or fleet operations considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on equipment training for customers, dealers, operators, mechanics, and internal teams.
• Develop training materials, presentations, videos, guides, and job aids.
• Support new product launches and serve as a trusted technical resource for customers and dealers.
• Travel to customer locations across the United States to provide training and product support.
• Assist with trade shows, dealer meetings, and customer events.
