Job summary

Motion is seeking a Sales Enablement Trainer to support onboarding and ongoing training for field sales, collaborating with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to align programs with local priorities.

The role develops enablement tools, designs metrics to measure impact, travels to branch locations including Birmingham Training & Development center, and ensures readiness across the sales organization.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field and five (5) or more years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Builds and defines learning paths for onboarding and ongoing training across field sales audiences.
• Plans and participates in new hire training, sales training, capabilities, skills, and tools training.
• Designs and implements metrics to measure enablement programs, effectiveness, and impact.
• Develops sales enablement tools and materials supporting the sales force's revenue-generating efforts.
• Travels to assigned branch locations to deliver training sessions and support Birmingham Training & Development center.
