CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to lead growth across the US transplant and healthcare accounts. You will manage a field team of TAMs and DSS, forge executive relationships, and partner cross-functionally to drive adoption and revenue.

The role requires a decade of healthcare sales/account management, 5 years in sales leadership, proven ability to close complex deals, and travel up to 75%. Remote US roles with strong leadership and strategic planning are essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Minimum 5 years sales management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience selling into hospitals, hospital/health systems, and/or enterprise‑level accounts.
• Experience with complex, multi‑touch sales cycles (6-9 months) and closing deals.
• Track record of developing effective commercial strategies that maximize outcomes.
• Willing to travel 50–75% or more.
• Proficient with Salesforce.com and analytical tools.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic account management to upsell CareDx products and services.
• Develop and execute plans to drive growth and hit sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline; report to leadership.
• Lead, coach TAMs and DSS to achieve objectives.
• Foster team development and ongoing training.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations.
