CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to drive growth across transplant center accounts in the United States. You will lead a field team of TAMs, DSS, and cross-functional partners to deliver exceptional results.

This role requires strategic account planning, pipeline management, and ongoing coaching to build strong customer relationships, expanding CareDx footprint and meeting commercial targets. Travel 50-75% is expected; a collaborative leadership style supports Medical Affairs and

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years of sales or strategic account management in healthcare
• Minimum 5 years sales management experience in healthcare
• Experience selling into hospitals/health systems/enterprise accounts
• Experience with long multi-touch sales cycles (6–9 months) and closing deals
• Track record of developing commercial strategies and high-performing teams
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Willing to travel 50–75% or more

Aufgaben

• Develop strategic account plans to drive growth and achieve targets
• Lead, manage, and coach field teams (TAMs and DSS)
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell CareDx products
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; prepare executive performance reports
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to address customer needs
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
