Job summary

CareDx is seeking a Region Director in the United States to scale regional performance and talent across multiple states. You will lead a senior commercial team, translate national strategy into regional priorities, and drive disciplined execution with forecasting and CRM rigor.

You will manage multidisciplinary oncology and diagnostic leadership, coach field teams, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and travel extensively (50–70%).

Qualifications

• 8+ years of oncology and diagnostics sales experience.
• 3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
• Experience working with ENT/Head & Neck Surgery, Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, or Colorectal Surgery.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional performance and accountability for a growing sales organization.
• Translate national strategy into clear regional priorities and plans.
• Coach and enable field teams with data-driven insights and field summaries.
