Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to drive growth in transplant center accounts across the U.S. You will lead cross-functional teams including TAMs, CLs and MSLs, shaping strategies, coaching field staff, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will develop strategic plans, manage the pipeline, and collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to meet revenue targets. Willingness to travel 50–75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management in healthcare.
• Minimum 5 years sales management experience in healthcare.
• Experience selling into hospitals or enterprise accounts across multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to navigate long multi-touch sales cycles (6–9 months).
• Track record of building high-performing teams and strategic commercial plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of accounts to tailor solutions and upsell/cross-sell CareDx products.
• Create and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and market share.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with key stakeholders.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; report performance to leadership.
• Lead, manage, and coach TAMs and MSLs to achieve objectives.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to address customer needs.
