CareDx is seeking a Regional Director to drive growth and lead cross-functional teams across transplant accounts in the US. You will guide TAMs, CLs, and MSLs to deliver solutions, expand market share, and meet commercial goals.

This role demands strategic planning, deep stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record in healthcare sales leadership. The position requires strong communication, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to travel 50–75%+ to manage regional accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years sales or strategic account management in healthcare
• Minimum 5 years sales management in healthcare
• Experience selling to hospitals or enterprise-level accounts
• Experience with multi-touch, long sales cycles (6–9 months)
• Proven track record in commercial strategy and high-performing teams
• Strong written and verbal communication; willingness to travel 50–75%+
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management: understand account needs and identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships; manage stakeholders.
• Forecast and manage the sales pipeline; provide performance insights to leadership.
• Lead, manage, and coach TAMs and DSS to meet objectives.
• Foster team development and performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, CX, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Operations to address customer needs.
