CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to drive growth, manage a field team of TAMs and DSS, and lead strategic account plans across transplant center customers in the United States.

The role reports to the Sr Area Director and requires strong cross-functional leadership and a proven track record in healthcare sales. The RD will partner with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to deliver solutions, manage pipelines, and achieve commercial goals while traveling up to 75%

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years sales or strategic account management in healthcare
• Minimum 5 years sales management in healthcare
• Experience selling into hospitals/health systems
• Experience with complex multi-touch sales cycles (6–9 months)
• Track record of developing commercial strategies and high-performing teams
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Willingness to travel 50–75%+
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com
