Zusammenfassung

CareDx seeks a Regional Director to drive growth in transplant diagnostics by leading a cross-functional team of TAMs, Clinical Liaisons, and Medical Science Liaisons across a defined geography. The RD will partner with hospital systems and health networks to expand CareDx's footprint and achieve commercial goals.

You will develop strategic account plans, forecast the pipeline, deliver executive briefings, and coach regional staff to build lasting customer relationships.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
10+ years sales or strategic account management in healthcare.
5+ years sales management experience in healthcare.
Experience selling into hospitals or enterprise accounts.
Willing to travel 50–75% or more, including day trips and overnight.
