Job summary

Fivetran is hiring a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives across strategic accounts. This full-time, remote role must be based out of NJ, NY, CT, or MA in the United States.

You will hire, coach, and empower AEs to consistently exceed revenue targets while evangelizing MEDDPICC and a value-based selling approach. Collaborate across Marketing, CS, Alliances, Product, and Revenue Ops to build an effective GTM motion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years enterprise sales leadership experience with a consistent track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing senior AEs.
• Proven ability to lead teams selling a technical solution to large, complex enterprises.
• Strong experience with MEDDPICC and value-based selling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a team of Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue targets.
• Coach and develop AEs with a disciplined process and accountable culture.
• Drive enterprise pipeline generation and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, CS, Alliances, Product, and Revenue Operations.
• Build and manage co-selling motions with SI/GSIs and tech partners.
• Forecast with executive leadership and maintain deep enterprise market knowledge.
• Partner with technology and SI partners to enable successful co-selling.
