Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director, Enterprise Sales to lead and scale a team of high‑achieving Enterprise Account Executives focused on new business and expansion across strategic accounts. This is a full‑time, remote role based in NJ, NY, CT, or MA in the United States.

You will recruit, develop, and empower AEs to consistently exceed revenue targets while championing a disciplined sales process and data‑driven decisions across cross‑functional partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years enterprise sales leadership experience.
• Track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing senior AEs.
• Proven ability to exceed revenue targets and accelerate careers under leadership.
• Experience leading teams in complex enterprise deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally and co-selling with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, and empower Enterprise Account Executives to exceed revenue targets.
• Drive accountability through coaching and a disciplined process.
• Champion MEDDPICC and value-based messaging in the sales motion.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Alliances, Product, and Revenue Ops.
• Build and manage a scalable enterprise GTM motion with partners and SI/GSIs.
• Forecast accurately to executive leadership with deep enterprise knowledge.
