Job summary

Fivetran is hiring a Sales Director to grow our enterprise customer base across the US. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, drive POC implementations for the dbt Cloud Enterprise, and collaborate with product to shape the enterprise roadmap. You will become an expert in SQL, dbt, and data operations, while contributing to the open source community.

The role is full-time and remote, based out of New York, with a focus on delivering consistent, high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years closing experience in technology sales.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into a consultative sale.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across levels, from developers to CTO.
• Capacity to navigate long, intricate sales cycles with multiple client teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead to ongoing utilization for enterprise prospects.
• Organize POC implementations of dbt Cloud Enterprise; win 20 new customers per year (after ramp).
• Lead and contribute to team projects that improve our sales process.
• Collaborate with product to build and maintain the dbt Cloud enterprise roadmap.
• Become an expert in SQL, dbt, and enterprise data operations.
• Participate actively in the dbt open source community.
