Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruiting, provider relationships and satisfaction, and regional network management. The role involves financial analysis of ambulance transportation costs, vendor performance, and maintaining high service standards for MTM’s ambulance partners.

The position is remote within the East region of the United States, with up to 25% travel. A strong EMS/ambulance background and proficiency with MS Office are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; EMS background preferred.
• 5+ years EMS/ Ambulance Ops, Dispatch Ops, Logistics or Transportation; 7+ preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors in the assigned region.
• Lead retention and recruitment to ensure geographic network coverage.
• Evaluate provider performance, costs and compliance with metrics.
