MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruitment, provider relationships, and network management across the East region. This remote role involves up to 25% travel within the East and requires delivering high levels of service and cost-conscious insights.

The ideal candidate has a strong EMS background, proven leadership, and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring contract adherence and quality service delivery.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in EMS or Ambulance Operations, Dispatch Operations, Logistics or Transportation (7+ years preferred).
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work with vendors and clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors in the assigned region; identify, contract and onboard vendors.
• Lead retention and recruitment to ensure comprehensive network coverage.
• Evaluate performance and costs of ambulance providers and monitor metrics (on-time performance, cost, customer service).
• Maintain understanding of client expectations, contract terms, rates, and fee schedules; align with Medicaid/Medicare where applicable.
• Collaborate with Mobile Integrated Health to support community paramedicine and in-home services.
• Oversee internal ambulance processes, provider training, and claims resolution; support cost containment initiatives.
• Monitor service levels and scheduling to meet client and contract expectations; provide guidance to providers.
• Ensure compliance with MTM policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements; stay informed on industry trends.
