Job summary

MTM, Inc. seeks a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruitment, provider relationships, and regional network management. The role ensures high customer satisfaction, policy compliance, and cost analysis for transportation in the East region.

This is a remote role within the East US, with travel up to 25% to meet client and vendor needs and to support MTM’s expanding ambulance services and community paramedicine initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous EMS or ambulance operations experience is required.
• Strong leadership and project management skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation are needed.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors and onboarding across the region.
• Manage provider relationships and ensure high satisfaction and performance.
• Analyze costs, monitor service levels, and drive cost containment initiatives.
• Oversee policies, training, audits, and compliance with MTM contracts.
• Collaborate with Mobile Integrated Health to support community services.
• Report monthly on recruitment metrics and program progress.
