MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruiting, provider relationships, network management, and performance analysis.

The role is remote within the East region of the United States, with travel up to 25% to support partners and sites. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in EMS or ambulance operations, strong MS Office skills, and a proven track record in cost management and customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in EMS or Ambulance Operations, Dispatch Operations, Logistics or Transportation
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and projects, and meet deadlines
• Excellent customer orientation and communication with strong follow-through
• Management experience is strongly preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors across the East region
• Retain and recruit an effective ambulance network with wide geographic coverage
• Evaluate provider performance, costs, and service levels against metrics
• Understand and apply client expectations, contracts, rates, and schedules
• Drive cost-containment initiatives and monitor average costs per trip/mile
• Ensure policy execution, training, compliance and timely reporting of metrics
