MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to directly oversee ambulance recruiting, provider relationships, network management, and cost analysis for the East region. This remote role travels up to 25% and supports ambulance partners with high service standards.

You will lead negotiations, monitor metrics, ensure contract compliance, and collaborate with Mobile Integrated Health teams to expand services.

Formación

• EMS industry experience required.
• 5+ years EMS/ambulance ops, dispatch, logistics or transportation (7+ years preferred).
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsabilidades

• Full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors in assigned region.
• Lead retention and recruitment to ensure geographic coverage.
• Negotiate pricing and trip coverage with providers.
• Evaluate performance and costs against metrics (on-time, cost, service).
• Ensure understanding of rates, protocols, and MTM contracts.
• Collaborate with Mobile Integrated Health teams for partnerships.
