Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruiting, provider relationships, and network management for the East region. This remote role can be located anywhere within the East United States and travels up to 25% as needed.

You will lead full lifecycle recruitment, monitor performance metrics, and ensure compliance with rate schedules and protocols while collaborating with the Mobile Integrated Health team to expand community services.

Qualifications

• EMS industry experience required.
• Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Recruit ambulance vendors and onboard them across the assigned region.
• Maintain network coverage and provider satisfaction through ongoing management.
• Evaluate provider performance, costs, and service levels against contracts.
