Job summary

Parts Town is hiring Inside Service Technician to directly communicate with end users and field technicians, providing technical support for warranty and non-warranty equipment. After onboarding, there is an opportunity to earn CFESA certifications.

You’ll handle 30+ cases daily, use manuals/diagrams for diagnostics, and maintain customer data while collaborating with manufacturers to improve equipment reliability. A strong English communicator with repair background is ideal.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing electric/gas appliances, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot with high speed internet and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and troubleshoot equipment over phone or email.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Log all customer interactions in the company database.
• Work with manufacturers to document failure rates and suggest changes.
• Assist in earning CFESA certifications after onboarding.
