Parts Town is seeking an Inside Service Technician (Tech Wizard) to directly support end users and field technicians for warranty and non-warranty repairs on cold side foodservice equipment. After onboarding, you can pursue CFESA certifications to advance your career.

You will handle 30+ daily cases, leveraging manuals and diagrams to diagnose issues while maintaining meticulous call logs and collaborating with manufacturers to document failure rates.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC (or relevant training/schooling).
• You’re an all-star communicator and proficient in English (written and verbal).
• A quality, high speed internet connection at home.
• Comfortable using a computer and programs such as MS Word & Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating equipment information and troubleshooting solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide technical support to end users and field technicians over the phone and/or via email (30+ cases per day).
• Utilize equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain all customer call information into a company database to better assist future inquiries.
