Parts Town is seeking an Inside Service Technician to provide expert technical support by phone or email for warranty and non-warranty cold side foodservice equipment. You will help end users and field techs troubleshoot and repair issues, with on-the-job CFESA certification opportunities after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment.
• Reliable home internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate equipment information clearly.
• Offer technical support to end users and field technicians via phone or email (30+ cases daily).
• Use manuals, diagrams, and parts lists to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Log all customer interactions in the company database for future reference.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to document failure rates and suggest changes.
