Parts Town is seeking an Inside Service Technician to directly assist end users and field technicians with technical support for warranty and non-warranty equipment. The role emphasizes rapid problem solving, clear communication, and documenting cases in our database.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate equipment information clearly
• Deliver technical support to end users and field technicians via phone or email (30+ cases/day)
• Diagnose issues using manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings
• Log all customer interactions in the company database
• Collaborate with manufacturers to suggest engineering changes and document failure rates
