Parts Town is seeking an Inside Service Technician (Tech Wizard) to support end users and field technicians by phone or email, diagnosing and repairing CFESA-related equipment. You will complete onboarding and can pursue CFESA certifications.

Expect to handle 30+ cases per day with a focus on exceptional customer service and clear communication. A strong internet connection and computer literacy are required, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to multitask and use a computer.
• Reliable high-speed internet at home.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers over phone or email.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues using manuals and diagrams.
• Record case details in company database.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for engineering changes.
