You will handle 30+ cases daily, consult manuals and diagrams, and log calls in our database. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and growth within a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
• Reliable high-speed internet and home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with clear equipment info and troubleshooting.
• Handle 30+ cases per day via phone or email.
• Use manuals, diagrams, and parts listings to diagnose issues.
• Document all customer interactions in the company database.
