Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Recruiting team. This remote role focuses on scheduling interviews, coordinating newhire orientations, and managing candidate assessments across multiple time zones.

You will work with Workday Recruiting and other firm applications, ensuring timely background checks, onboarding steps, and candidate communications, while maintaining recruitment logs and forms. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or related discipline. Law firm experience preferred.
• Proficient with applicant tracking and onboarding systems (Workday Recruiting, iManage/FileSite, NetDocs). SharePoint experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Regular and predictable attendance; ability to work beyond standard hours when needed.

Aufgaben

• Schedule interviews (phone, video, in-person) across time zones.
• Create and send candidate assessments and share results with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Manage employee referrals and upload communications to Workday.
• Update and maintain scheduling and recruitment process logs in SharePoint.
