Job summary

Ballard Spahr is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Business Professional Recruiting team from a fully remote position. You will schedule interviews, prepare assessments, and coordinate new-hire orientations across multiple time zones, using Workday Recruiting and firm applications.

You will maintain recruitment workflows, track feedback, and communicate with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely progress.

Responsibilities

• Maintain scheduling logs and recruitment process checklists.
