Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support the Recruiting team remotely. The role focuses on scheduling interviews across time zones, preparing assessments, coordinating new-hire orientations, and maintaining key processes in Workday and SharePoint.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in recruiting, familiarity with law firms, and strong MS Office skills. This full-time, remote position offers a robust benefits package and room for growth within a nationally recognized firm.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting or related discipline. Equivalent combination of education and experience. Previous experience working in a law firm or legal environment is preferred.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and onboarding systems as well as firm-wide applications (e.g., Workday Recruiting, iManage/FileSite, NetDocs). Experience with SharePoint for team collaboration is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Regular and predictable attendance is a core requirement of this position and the ability to work beyond the standard scheduled hours, as needed.

Mansioni

• Utilize Workday Recruiting and other firm applications to support recruiting functions for business professionals.
• Complete tasks assigned in Workday based on direction from Hiring Managers and Recruiters, including scheduling interviews across multiple time zones, creating and sending assessments, and uploading results to Workday.
• Manage the employee referral process and communicate with candidates and referring employees, logging correspondence to Workday.
• Update and maintain scheduling logs, recruiting process checklists, and orientation meetings in SharePoint.
