Job summary

The role uses Workday Recruiting and firm applications to schedule interviews, create assessments, coordinate new hire orientation, and manage candidate communications across multiple time zones. This is a fully remote position with a strong emphasis on teamwork and process integrity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience; law firm experience preferred.
• Familiar with applicant tracking and onboarding systems.
• Experience with SharePoint for team collaboration is a plus.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Regular and predictable attendance and willingness to work beyond hours.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and intake meetings across time zones.
• Prepare and send candidate assessments and feedback.
• Coordinate new hire orientation and check-in calls.
• Manage employee referral communications in Workday.
• Update scheduling and recruitment trackers in SharePoint.
