Job summary

The Landline Company is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead high-volume frontline hiring across North America from a remote base. You will partner with operations leaders to fill Airport Agents, drivers, and salaried roles for new station launches, coordinating events and onboarding in fast-growth markets.

Reporting to People Operations leadership, you’ll manage end-to-end recruiting, stay current on regional labor markets, and help strengthen our employment brand through targeted

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, high-volume frontline hiring
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field
• Hands-on, execution-focused, independently manage requisitions
• Experience hiring for hourly frontline roles in multi-state/multi-country environment
• Experience running in-person hiring events and mass onboarding
• Comfort in fast-growth, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
• Knowledge of FAA/FMC SA hiring requirements or ability to learn quickly
• Experience with recruiting data and metrics to improve outcomes
• Strong organization and ability to manage many requisitions and deadlines
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar ATS; familiarity with Tenstreet, Slack, MS tools
• French language proficiency and HR certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles (Airport Agents, drivers) from sourcing to onboarding
• Partner with station/Operations leaders to understand staffing needs for existing stations and new markets
• Stay current on regional hourly labor markets and share candidate/pay insights with leaders
• Track recruiting metrics and use data to improve processes
• Support salaried hiring for station managers and operations leaders as needed
• Plan and coordinate hiring events and group interviews with local teams
• Guide candidates from recruitment through training and onboarding
• Ensure frontline hiring complies with FAA and FMCSA regulations including background checks
• Work daily in ADP Workforce Now and other systems, suggest process improvements
• Strengthen Landline's employment brand via recruiting marketing and campaigns
• Build relationships with job boards, community partners, and external agencies
