Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a results-driven recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to offer. You will develop relationships with colleges and industry contacts, manage high-volume roles, and collaborate with HR partners to meet current and future hiring needs.

Knowledge of ATS and Workday is highly valued. The role supports diverse hiring initiatives and reports on recruiting metrics, with remote options available across multiple U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Marketing
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience
• Experience with ATS
• Experience with Workday a plus
• Search firm experience is a plus
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, counseling, negotiating, offering, marketing
• Create and execute recruitment plans for varied roles from entry to executive level
• Develop relationships with colleges, veterans associations and key contacts
• Provide monthly recruiting metrics for reporting
• Work with HR Business Partners and hiring managers on job specs and requirements
• Utilize internet, referrals and networking to identify qualified applicants
• Develop new sources to build a warm bench of talent and conduct initial calls
• Collaborate with Director of Resourcing on recruiting best practices
• Create measures of success and provide reporting on recruiting efforts
• Support Affirmative Action/Diversity initiatives
