Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Recruiter to support our Talent Acquisition team across the United States, including Chicago, IL. You will own full-cycle recruiting, build diverse pipelines, and partner with hiring managers and schools to fill internships through mid-career roles.

You’ll leverage Workday and Avature in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while promoting JLL’s brand and culture. A Bachelor’s degree and a passion for diversity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience.
• Recruiting across multiple US regions.
• Passion for diversity and creative diverse hires.
• Experience in high-volume environments with multiple projects.
• Experience with Financial Services, Real Estate or Consulting is a plus.
• Experience with CRM/ATS; Workday and Avature a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; business writing a plus.

• Provide full cycle recruiting support for internships to mid-career roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specs and staffing needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines.
• Maintain relationships with diverse organizations to attract candidates.
• Market JLL’s brand and values to attract top talent.
• Analyze and report recruiting success regularly.
• Engage internal stakeholders and external schools to source entry-level hires.
• Propose solutions to attract diverse talent to the company.
