Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on-site in Atlanta, GA and other U.S. locations.

You will drive full cycle recruitment for internship, entry-level and mid-career roles, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and craft innovative sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate has 5+ years' full cycle recruiting across the US, a passion for diversity, and experience with Workday/ATS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience across US regions.
• Experience recruiting in Financial Services, Real Estate, or Consulting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide full cycle recruiting support for internship, entry-level, and mid-career positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify job specs and staffing needs.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging Workday and other tools.
• Build and maintain a diverse candidate pipeline and relationships with external partners.
• Analyze and report recruiting success and pipeline activity.
• Foster internal stakeholder relationships to forecast entry-level hiring needs.
