This hybrid position requires at least 3 years in HR or recruiting, experience with ATS and Workday, and the ability to manage multiple requisitions while delivering metrics and strategic recruiting plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruiting.
• Experience supporting operations and high-volume recruitment for skilled trades roles.
• Preferred: experience with search firms and data center recruiting.
• Familiarity with Workday and ATS systems.

Responsabilités

• Manage candidates through full recruiting life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers.
• Create and execute recruitment plans for leadership, professional, and skilled trades roles.
• Maintain a high requisition load while proactively sourcing hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop relationships with external partners and recruiting contacts.
• Provide monthly recruiting metrics and partner with HR teams.
