Job summary

JLL is seeking a Recruiter to partner with clients and HR teams, driving talent acquisition for high-volume skilled trades roles and leadership positions. The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building robust pipelines to support client success across multiple facilities.

The position requires a minimum of 3 years in HR or Recruiting, experience with ATS tools and Workday, and a proven ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or Recruiting.
• Demonstrated experience supporting operations and high-volume recruitment for skilled trades roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage candidates through full lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, negotiating and offering.
• Create and execute recruitment plans for leadership, professional, skilled trades, and engineering roles on assigned accounts.
• Maintain a high requisition load while managing the complete recruitment cycle, with proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill positions.
• Develop relationships with external partners such as veteran associations, schools, and local organizations.
• Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal and client reporting.
• Partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to clarify job specs and refine recruitment activities.
• Support firm-wide recruiting initiatives and best practices.
