Job summary

The Landline Company seeks a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own high-volume frontline recruiting for Airport Agents and drivers, with involvement in salaried roles for station leadership. You will report to the Director of People Operations and support rapid growth across North America from a remote base.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, focused on frontline hiring.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology, or related field; professional certification is a plus.
• Hands-on, execution-focused approach; able to manage multiple requisitions independently.
• Experience hiring for customer-facing hourly roles in a multi-state/multi-country environment.
• Experience planning and running in-person hiring events and mass onboarding.
• Familiarity with FAA and FMCSA hiring requirements; ability to learn regulated processes quickly.
• Comfort with recruiting data, metrics, and using data to improve outcomes.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar ATS; familiarity with Tenstreet, Slack, and Microsoft tools.
• French language proficiency and HR certification are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for frontline roles (Airport Agents, drivers) from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with station/Operations leaders to plan staffing for existing stations and new launches; build pipelines.
• Track recruiting metrics and share insights with hiring managers and leadership.
• Support salaried hiring as needed (station managers, core teams, ops leaders) from intake to onboarding.
• Plan and coordinate hiring events and group interviews with local station teams.
• Guide candidates from recruiting through training and deployment to local teams.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, FMCSA, and state regulations including background checks and testing.
• Maintain records in ADP Workforce Now and related systems; propose process improvements.
• Strengthen Landline's employer brand and partner with job boards and agencies.
