Norstella is seeking a high‑energy RWD Analytic Consultant to support RWD engagements across the life sciences industry. You will analyze diverse data sources, emphasizing claims, EMR, and lab data to extract actionable insights for clients.

The role requires strong SQL, data analytics, and collaboration with clinicians, statisticians, and data scientists. You will work remotely in the United States with focus on real-world data solutions.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in relevant quantitative field.
• 3+ years of professional experience working hands on with RWD (claims, lab, EMR/EHR, etc).
• Understanding of life sciences industry and US healthcare ecosystem.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Proficiency in querying relational databases (SQL experience preferred).
• Client-facing experience is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, results-oriented, proactive and self-driven.

Responsabilidades

• Query and analyze a wide range of healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR) to support RWD engagements.
• Improve understanding of healthcare trends and drive evidence-based decision-making.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define analytical requirements.
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured formats; ensure data quality.
• Develop and maintain data documentation, dictionaries, mappings, and lineage.
