Job summary

Norstella is seeking a high-energy RWD Analytic Consultant to support delivery of RWD engagements across the life sciences sector. You will query and analyze healthcare data, translating results into actionable insights while collaborating with clinicians, data scientists, and analysts.

The role requires a strong foundation in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint, with deep understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and data sources like claims, EMR/EHR, and labs. Remote-friendly setup offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience (claims, lab, EMR/EHR, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze a wide range of healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR).
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured formats for analysis.
• Develop and maintain data documentation including data dictionaries, mappings, and lineage.
