Job summary

Norstella is seeking a high-energy RWD Analytic Consultant to support our RWD engagements across the life sciences industry. This role focuses on querying and analyzing healthcare data sources, including claims, lab results, EMR, and other real-world data, to deliver actionable insights for clients.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience, a quantitative degree, and strong SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to collaborate across clinicians, data scientists,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with RWD.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of US healthcare ecosystem.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze claims, lab, EMR and other real-world data.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define analytical requirements.
• Transform raw data into structured formats and maintain data documentation.
• Translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights.
• Perform data validation to ensure quality and integrity.
