Norstella is seeking a remote RWD Analytic Consultant in the United States to join our Engagement Team. You will analyze real-world data (claims, lab, EMR) using SQL, support life sciences clients, and deliver insights that inform decisions across the drug development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• As a RWD Analytic Consultant, query and analyze diverse healthcare data sources including claims, lab results, and EMR to uncover insights.
• Apply SQL and data analysis to understand healthcare trends and support evidence-based decision making.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to translate requirements into actionable analytics.
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured formats while maintaining data quality and integrity.
• Document data mappings, data dictionaries, and data lineage to ensure transparency and accessibility.
