Job summary

Norstella is seeking a high‑energy RWD Analytic Consultant to support RWD engagements for life sciences clients in a remote US role. You will analyze claims, lab results, EMR data, and other real‑world data sources, applying SQL to drive evidence‑based insights.

Collaboration with clinicians, data scientists, and stakeholders is essential to deliver actionable recommendations. You will translate analytic outputs into business insights, document data mappings, and ensure data quality throughout

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience with real‑world data (RWD).
• Strong skills in SQL, data analysis, and data quality.
• Experience with healthcare data and US healthcare ecosystem is preferred.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR) for analytics use cases.
• Translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define analytical requirements.
• Clean, validate, and transform data; maintain data documentation and lineage.
• Support delivery of RWD engagements across life sciences clients.
