Job summary

Norstella is seeking an experienced RWD Analytic Consultant to join our RWD Engagement Team. You will query and analyze claims, lab data, EMR/EHR, and other real‑world data to deliver insights that inform client decisions in the US healthcare ecosystem.

You will translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights, collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and health professionals, and ensure data quality from raw sources through to structured results. Remote work options apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field.
• 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in querying relational databases (SQL).

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze claims, lab, EMR/EHR, and other real-world data sources.
• Enhance understanding of healthcare trends and support evidence-based decisions.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and health professionals to define analytics requirements.
