Job summary

PLACE Corporate Careers is seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will be the front-line contact for clients, supporting the Pyramid Platform and Red Bell infrastructure, delivering training, and driving improvements from insight to production.

You’ll work with management, founders, and developers, applying your real estate background and solid MS Excel/Word skills. The role emphasizes rapid problem-solving in a fast-moving, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Real estate background required.
• Experience in REO, Rental Management, Loss Mitigation, Real Estate Acquisition, or Short Sales preferred.
• Prior experience in technical support or client support roles.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical support contact for clients and end users of the Pyramid Platform and Red Bell infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and resolve inbound technical issues and inquiries via phone and email while meeting SLA/quality standards.
• Provide onboarding and ongoing training on platform functionality and best practices.
• Analyze support ticket trends to identify recurring issues and suggest optimizations.
• Propose new features based on client feedback and usage patterns.
• Gather requirements from clients and collaborate with the development team to ensure alignment.
• Test new features and enhancements before production release.
• Contribute to and maintain internal and client-facing knowledge base content.
• Other duties as assigned.
