United States Digital Space LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide frontline phone support for our mortgage-originations platform from a fully remote position in the continental United States. The role includes handling inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and routing escalations, with an emphasis on friendly, professional service to clients and partners.

The position offers a salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 in the first year plus benefits and PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of relevant customer support experience, including phone support.
• Mortgage industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate well over the phone in English.
• Calm demeanor and people skills under stress.
• Self-motivation and willingness to learn the software system.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
• High level of integrity and commitment to customer relationships.
• Experience speaking with business owners and executives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as initial point of contact for phone inquiries and route tasks to appropriate teams.
• Provide top-tier customer support and manage call volume while communicating reroutes.
• Stay up to date on system features, client use cases, and marketing materials to answer questions.
• Review voicemails for callbacks and route accordingly.
• Navigate team protocols to address or divert calls efficiently.
• Maintain records on call volume and topics to aid strategy planning.
