Branch is seeking an organized and self-motivated Enterprise Support Specialist to join our remote team. Your role will focus on coordinating solutions for customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have previous B2B support experience, proficiency in tools like Excel, and strong communication skills. This is a remote role open to applicants located in the United States.

Qualifications

• Previous B2B support experience in SaaS and/or fintech.
• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
• Open to feedback and can show improvement.
• Experience with Zendesk support software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate solutions for customers using Branch products.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues from integrations.
• Triage and partner with teams for timely resolution.
• Use tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Identify areas to improve product and operations.
• Provide phone support and customer callbacks.
